Click any cell to change it — it cycles Sarasota → Chapel Hill → travel → trip → guest → blank → back to plan. Shift-click a cell below your last click (same column) to fill the whole range. Right-click a cell to flip it between pending (dashed ?) and confirmed — use this when something gets booked. Turn on ◇ Pending mode to paint new cells as dashed ideas instead of solid plans. Turn on ✎ Notes mode and click any cell to attach flight numbers, times, costs, confirmation codes — noted cells get an amber ▪ and show the note on hover. This is a shared family plan: edits save automatically and everyone with the link sees (and can change) the same board.
